Be nice to each other, treat others as you would want them to treat you
Visit the AC (alliance chat) as soon as you log in.
In order to see comments in AC you have to visit it. It is not enough that you are logged in. If you don't open up AC, you will not see any history of comments, even if you have been logged in for 8 hours. So first thing to do when you log in is to open AC :-)
Get to know each other. I really hope we all will find some new friends in this alliance. So, take the opportunity to get to know your fellow alliance members.
Share your wealth and ask for help when you need it. Make requests in the AC, using the plus button located in the bottom right corner.
Don't trade resources, since it's not needed, it evens out anyway. Sometimes you give, sometimes you receive resources. If you trade for instance wood for stone, it's less likely you will get any wood. Trading is an inefficient way of distributing resources between the alliance members in my opinion. Also the request button in ac does not support trading.
Stay active We really want to see our members active in this alliance. After three days inactivity you may be replaced. Hopefully that will never happen to you, but if it does and you are coming back to the game, then please apply to come back to FORCE if you want.
