How to get second city:
You need a 2nd city deed and you need a plain on the map.
How to conquer a plain:
- Go into your keep and make sure you have an empty slot so you can conquer a plain.
- Go to the map. Try to find a plain of a low level. Toggle the visibility of the levels of wilds and plains by tapping with two fingers on the map. Try to find a plain not to far away from your city, since it can be wise to transport resources and reassign troops between your cities. Then, attack the plain with enough troops, double the might of the plain is always a good idea :-)
How to get a second city deed
You have three options
How to attack goblin camps to get relics
Only level 6 to level 10 goblin camps have relics. When you attack you might get a relic or you might not.
Then you must know that hero level and research level in a goblin camp equals the level of the camp. This mean that a level 6 camp has a goblin level 6 honed blades and level 6 vigor. The hero equals the highest level a hero can have when the great hall is level 6, which means 60*20= 120.
Remember when hitting the camps, that you have the right troops:
Try to have at least 1.5 times the amount that the gobblin camp has, and that you send the right troops.
Remember the strong/weak-formula: Mounted > Range, Range > Foot, Foot > Mounted. This means that if the goblin camp has only mounted troops, you send only foot troops.
Also, remember the tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 formula: Where t3 = 2 X t2 = 2 X t3
So, lets say you are attacking a goblin camp lvl 6: It has only mounted troops; 600 t1 and 400 t2.
Then you should send only foot troops least send 900 tier 1 and 600 tier 2 . If you only have tier 1 you send 900+ 600 X 2 = tier 2. This is the minimum, and only if your hero is of level 120 or higher and your honed blades and vigor are both lvl 6 or higher. If not, you should send more troops, and/or use combat runes to strengthen your attack rating. Personally I think t2 is actually weaker than the above formula suggest, so I only send t1. You can of course think differently, but there are lots of players that have the same experience: t2 dies much easier than their might suggest.. just like wall units. Probably because their life rating is quite low.
Oh.. by the way, you should know that relics cannot be protected, so if someone attacks and win, you will loose those precious relics.
Good luck!
UPDATE: This is how I have done it so far: I send two attacks to one camp, 30 seconds between the attacks. Then I wait for at least 30 minutes before attacking the same camp again. I do this for several camps (I have bookmarked five camps, all level 6, that are fairly close to me). I have siege tower on level 7 and get a relic around 40-50% of the times. Sometimes I get a relic from both the attacks. Sometimes no relic. I have tried sending three attacks in a row, but I have never gotten a relic in the third attack. So, I believe Hanz is spot on. It takes some time for the camps to generate new relics. Since it is only lvl 6 camps I attack I only send militia. (Around 4000 per attack, even though 3000 is likely to be enough). I loose less than 400 milita the first attack, and get resources that is equal to training 350 (if I only care about the wood). My horned blades are lvl 7 and vigor lvl 6. My highest hero is at 117. If you have more than that in lvl you will loose less, and vice versa.

How to get a second city deed
You have three options
- Buy it with mithril. It costs 225 mithril
- You can try to win it in gollums chance. Pretty small chance, but quite many actually wins.
- Or you can “earn it” by attacking goblin camps of lvl 6 or higher and collecting second deed relics. You need 100 relics for the deed. This is quite cumbersome.
Before you start, you must build a sage tower to collect those relics. See furhter below on how to attack goblin camps.

- First, read here so you know what troops you are up against:hobbitarmies.wikia.com/wiki/Goblin_Camps
- Then, read this post by Hanz (it is the first response under the blog): hobbitkom.wordpress.com/2013/02/02/relic-hunter/comment-page-1/#comment-36
