Go to the map. There you see cities with "bubbles". Those are protected (cannot be attacked, cannot be scouted).
The protection has an expiration date (for new users 7 days, but you can also buy protections, for 24 hours, 7 days, etc).
When the protection period ends, the bubble will dissapear, but that only happens if the user logs in after that the protection period has ended.
So, lets say a new user creates a city. Then logs out and does not log in again.. it means the protection bubble will be there forever.
Those bubbles can however be "popped" if you attack them from the muster field. You cannot attack them from the map though.
So, how to know which bubbles to that might pop?
One way is checking the name.
New users get a default name, like NewUser-76P1Z
Looks kind of random.. right? Well, it is both random and not random... It is random in terms of where the user will be located on the map.
But the last bit of the user name... 76P1Z is a rolling number, that starts from 00001 to ZZZZZ, than back to 00001 again. So, by remembering which bubbles you could pop and which you couldn't you can understand up to which number that bubbles are popping at this instant. Not completely true though, since it is a rolling number. Currently I can pop bubbles up to 7CO... But I tried to pop bubbles that started with 5... It did not work, which means that they have already started over the naming from 00001.
How do you to pop bubbles in a practical way?
Scan the map: Bookmark whatever bubble you might think will pop. Bookmark ten to twenty of them. I usually use the sword as bookmark.
Go to muster field, and send attacks, only carts or wagons, starting from the top in your bookmark list. Quite easy. You can pop hundreds of bubbles every day like this, earning a lot of resources.
